Government has offered re-appointments to the two deposed chief justice of Sindh High Court, Justice Sabihuddin and Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany as a judges in the Supreme Court here on Thursday.
Notification in this regard will likely to be issued soon.
Talking to media Justice Sabihuddin said he will accept the government’s offer of re-appointment in Supreme Court, adding his re-appointment will be under the law and constitution.
He further said Secretary Law could apprise regarding notification of his re-appointment in the Supreme Court.
