Pro-Taliban militants on Thursday have released eight more security personnel in Swat out of 38 taken hostages some 54 days ago, Aaj TV reported.
Some 25 hostages were already released by the kidnappers four days back however, five of the security personnel are still under-abduction of the militants.
Militants had kidnapped these personnel from Deowli checkpost of the violence-hit valley some 54 days back.
Meanwhile, the security operation against militants is underway in Bajaur where army’s gunship helicopters and planes have bombarded suspected hideouts of the miscreants in different areas early today.
